Since 22@Network BCN, the relationship between the ODS, Women of Value, Innovation and Industry 4.0 and Talent commissions has been encouraged with the aim of creating a mixed commission for the development of the initiative "The Talent Effect: New inclusive employment models", whose main objective is to enhance the talent and skills of people in vulnerable situations and the companies of the 22@.
The first presentation session of the project and the Commission took place on September 27 at 12.00 pm at Impact Hub. The session consisted of the presentation of the project by Natalia Valenzuela, president of the ODS Commission, accompanied by a witness from the IRES Foundation and then, a round table moderated by Isabel Sabadí was organized, interactive with the public , of the presidents of the commissions involved.
Antoni Paz, president of the Innovation and Industry 4.0 Commission, spoke about senior talent and the value of the experience Susana Prado, president of the Commission of Women of Value, gave an inclusive vision of talent in the workplace and finally, Iolanda Triviño highlighted the talent and potential of young people and how to maintain and retain talent in the territory.
The session generated a very interesting debate on how to implement the project and encourage companies in the district to participate. As a result of the session, several people have joined the ODS commission to support and work on the project.
"The Talent Effect”, is an action framed within the 17@ social impact program promoted by the ODS commission, inspired by ODS 17 (Alliances to achieve the objectives), it is a transversal tool for all the commissions of the Association to promote a district aligned with Agenda 2030.
