On March 22 at 12pm 22@Network BCN  organizes a webinar with COLOMA + ARMENGOL about the digitization of the construction sector, BIM, digital twins and Metavers.

The construction sector includes all the agents involved in the promotion, design, construction, operation, maintenance and use of buildings and infrastructures. Therefore, it is a very broad sector that involves a variety of professionals and industries. However, they all have in common a low level of digitization of their processes and of the products they offer to the clients, which prevents them from improving in many aspects, such as productivity, sustainability, risk management, etc. For this reason, a few years ago this sector started a race to become digital and saw how a very wide range of business opportunities opened up from this process, not only for the current agents involved, but for other industries that until now had no place within the construction sector and now see it as an opportunity to provide high added value services.

This session will outline the current state of the digital transformation process in the construction sector and how it impacts the current and future business models of the industries involved.
