22@Mobility Commission | The new mobility law and its impact on companies; Modeling mobility in the district and its workplaces using AI

From 22@Network Barcelona we invite you to a meeting of the Mobility Commission, aimed at companies and professionals in the 22@ district, which will take place on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m, Room B31 (-1 floor) in Westfield Glòries.

Practical session aimed at companies and public organizations to turn the legal obligation into a competitive advantage. The new Spanish Mobility Law recently approved will be presented—which requires companies with more than 200 employees to implement Sustainable Mobility Plans at Work by December 5, 2027—. Within the MASTERCOM training program funded by EIT Urban Mobility, we will explain key requirements (deadlines, thresholds, negotiation with labor representation and mandatory measures) and propose concrete, cost-effective and replicable actions to design and implement PDEs that reduce costs, improve team mobility and strengthen corporate responsibility. The event will continue with a session on AI and Digital Twins that will show real applications to optimize routes, monitor impact and promote data collaborations in pilot projects in the district.

An informative session to obtain practical tools and collaboration opportunities as well as to explain the commission's initiatives.

We will have the participation of:

  • Martí Massot, President of the Mobility Commission of 22@Network Barcelona and Regional Director Innovation Hub South at EIT Urban Mobility
  • Marta Álvarez, Manager at EIT Urban Mobility
  • Marc Figuls, Managing Partner at FACTUAL
  • Patricio Reyes, Researcher in supercomputing and applications of digital twins in complex simulations, Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC)

If you are not a 22@Network member and would like to attend, you can request an invitation by emailing projectes@22network.net.
