The next February 15 at 12h the Commissionó of Dones en Valor de 22@Network BCN has organized “together with the Observatory Women, Business and Economy of the Chamber of Commerce de Barcelona a webinar on the importance of equality plans and how they represent an instrument of change and transformation by companies. 

To achieve effective equality between women and men in the workplace, it is essential to integrate the gender perspective to the organizational culture. In this training we will analyze and reflect on how the diagnosis of the Equality Plan can:

•  Help correct existing imbalances and avoid inequalities and discrimination that affect business results
• Lay the foundations for a company that fosters respect, tolerance, empowerment and create a company where every person longs to be part of part.
• Create companies that are agents of change in society.

We will count on the intervention d'Anna Mercadé, ddirector of the Women, Business and Economy Observatory of the Chamber of Commerceç of Barcelona and president of the Association 50 to 50, what to explain the need, the reason and the school's philosophy of equality. And, with the explanation of the areas of diagnosis of Marta Macias equality plans, expert in gender, human rights and in political and economic science and partner founder and director of the gender consultancy Coop4equality and President of the Association Forgender Seal.
