22@Breakfast #196 | The workplace of the future: How to design environments that attract talent and enhance results

On Thursday, April 30, we will host a new edition of our 22@Breakfast (#196), taking place at 8:45 AM at the MILE Campus Building (Carrer de Llull, 112, Barcelona), under the title “The Workplace of the Future: How to Design Environments that Attract Talent and Drive Results”.

In a context where the workplace has evolved from being a cost to becoming a true strategic tool, more and more organizations are using their spaces to attract and retain talent, improve performance, and strengthen their corporate culture. In this session, we will explore the decisions leading companies are already making, what is truly working, and how to translate global workplace trends into practice, with a clear focus on people and results.

We will feature a keynote by Anna de Torróntegui, Head of Workplace and Change Management at JLL Spain, who will share expert insights on how to design workspaces that boost productivity and attract talent, based on her extensive experience in market analysis and real estate strategy.

This will be followed by a roundtable discussion moderated by Anna de Torróntegui, featuring Fernando Lumbreras, Client Area Director at Gmp, with a strong background in customer experience and real estate asset management, and Marc Úbeda, Senior Workplace Manager at Take-Two Interactive. During the discussion, we will address the present and future of the workplace and its impact on the development of the 22@ district, sharing perspectives, key learnings, and challenges.

The session will conclude with an update on district news and a pitch session from new 22@Network Barcelona members, followed by our usual networking breakfast, offering an excellent opportunity to connect with other professionals from the ecosystem.

A must-attend event to discover how the design and management of workspaces are becoming a key factor in competitiveness for companies in the 22@ district.
