Private session with exclusive access for HR managers by invitation
We live in a time when talent has become one of the main factors of competitiveness of organizations. Professional attraction and retention, leadership development, cultural transformation and the impact of artificial intelligence are redefining the role of HR teams.
For this reason, we are promoting this first meeting from the Talent Comission of 22@Network Barcelona with the aim of creating a space of trust between managers to share visions, identify common challenges and generate new opportunities for collaboration between 22@ companies.
During the session we will also present the main strategic projects that we are developing from 22@Network Barcelona, with the aim of building a shared agenda that responds to the great challenges of talent and contributes to strengthening the role of 22@ as a reference ecosystem.
We hope to be able to count on your participation in this first edition and give the start to a community of leaders that wants to shape the future of talent in our ecosystem.
