22@Executive Education Programs 2026

What are the 22@Training Programs?

The Executive Education Programs by 22@Network Barcelona provide executive education designed to equip business leaders and professionals to address the key challenges of business transformation. Developed in collaboration with wonnd, Institute for Futures, and RMIT University, the programs combine international expertise, strategic insight, and practical tools helping organizations become more competitive, resilient, and future-ready across three key areas:

INNOVATION

TALENT

SUSTAINABILITY

Program Objectives

We recognize that organizations are operating in an environment shaped by rapid technological advancement, the transformation of business models, emerging talent challenges, and increasing sustainability requirements.

With this in mind, we have designed the Executive Education Programs 2026, a learning experience for executives and business leaders who want to stay ahead of change, strengthen their leadership capabilities, and gain practical tools to transform their organizations.

Through a combination of expert knowledge, international perspectives, real-world case studies, and peer learning opportunities, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that will shape the future of business and develop the skills needed to lead innovation, foster talent, and drive more sustainable and competitive organizations.

Beyond the learning experience itself, the program provides a valuable platform for strategic reflection, executive networking, and collaboration, enabling participants to exchange ideas and build new partnerships with companies, experts, and leaders across the innovation ecosystem.

The program is built around three core pillars:

Anticipate

Understand the global trends reshaping businesses, markets, and industries to make decisions with greater strategic vision. Innovation, technology, sustainability, talent, and new leadership models are the key drivers for preparing organizations for the future.

Transform

Gain access to real-world experiences, successful case studies, and insights from internationally recognized experts to adopt practical tools, identify new opportunities, and accelerate transformation processes within your organization.

Connect

Become part of an exclusive community of executives, experts, and C-level leaders, where you can share challenges, exchange perspectives, and build strategic relationships with strong potential for collaboration and growth.

Designed to prepare executives and professionals for the challenges of business transformation, these programs combine a global perspective, applied learning, a strong community of leaders, and an impact-driven approach focused on delivering real-world results.
