Comissió de Talent | 22@NETWORK BCN

The Talent Committee, chaired by Iolanda Triviño of Valkiria Hub Space, works to train, attract and retain digital talent.

Objectives:

Position the 22@ District as the main generator and consumer of digital and technological talent in southern Europe.
To enhance the capacity for attracting and retaining talent, competitiveness and the international projection of Barcelona and the district.

Projects:

DDOT: Project that aims to define the main profiles in the most in-demand digital occupations and describe the technical skills, fundamental competences and possible academic paths.
22@ Collective Intelligence Challenge: an interactive platform that aims to establish a meeting point for the demand for new initiatives and to encourage collaboration between commissions.
22@ Talent Map: To develop a tool for including the talent resources, companies, organizations and training centres that make up the 22@ Talent Map, opening up the option to local or international candidates seeking opportunities with companies.
Talent service to companies: Talent recruitment through programs in collaboration with the SOC and the BDT, filling vacancies for members of the Association to attract talent, ad hoc creation of Talent Hackathons, Market place, etc. to attract talent for members.

En el marc del 20 aniversari del districte 22@ i del mes del talent al 22@NETWORK BCN, el pròxim dijous, 20 de maig a les 9:30h, hem organitzat un esdeveniment virtual que tindrà com a temàtica principal el talent en el Districte 22@.

En el marc de l’aniversari dels 20 anys del districte 22@ i del mes del talent a la nostra associació, des de 22@NETWORK BCN estem preparant un acte que tindrà lloc el pròxim dia 20 de maig a les 9.30h a l’Auditori del Campus de Comunicació- Poblenou de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Roc Boronat, 138). L’acte, 20 ANYS DE 22@: Talent, tractarà sobre la innovació en el talent i el futur de l’educació i se celebrarà de manera híbrida: els ponents estaran presencialment mentre que el públic estarà connectat online.

What will we see during the XI SEEK AND SOLVE INNOVATION MEETING?

During the first commission INNOVATION and TALENT, we want to hybridize cases of innovation and policies for attracting and retaining talent. Barcelona and international companies and institutions will tell us about their innovative and successful models in talent challenges. During networking you will find tools to fund projects related to Data Analyst and Data Scientist. If you are a 22@ come and you could share innovative experiences to meet the challenges of the future.

We will take the opportunity to discover the Valkiria Institute for Future, a disruptive laboratory focused on labor innovation: talent acceleration, Learning & Research LAB, new employment trends, etc. A truly unique experience, in contact with cutting-edge innovation.

The next wednesday 9th of october from 9h to 10.30h will take place a new meeting of the Commission of Talent at Valkiria Institute For Future (Pujades Street, 86).

The agenda will be the following:

1. Presentation of the results of the study of the DDOT (Dictionary of Digital Ocupational Titles)

2. Presentation of the Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress by the director, Manuel Rubio. (It will take place a Speedating at the Barcelona Cybersecurity Congress).

The past tuesday 28th of May took place a new meeting of the Commission of Talent at Valkiria Innovation (Street Pujades 126).

Around 30 people took part at the Focus Group: The future of Digital Talent at Barcelona, inside the frame Barcelona Digital Talent, a iniciative that has as objective to convert Barcelona as a Digital Talent Hub in Europe.

The results were used as study case to complete the conclusions of the DDOT - Dictionary of Digital Ocupational Titles.
