Women in value

The Women in Value Committee, chaired by SUSANA PRADO of Inetum, works to give more incentives, fairness, and power to the roles of women in the district.

Objectives

  • Ensure gender equality and equal opportunities in all socioeconomic spheres and enpower women in the district. 
  • Lead and support initiatives that ensure a more equal district.
  • Inspire and connect 22@Network Barcelona members by facilitating collaboration and sharing opportunities through valuable activities and content.
  • Define and develop district indicators of equality.

  • Work with women in each step of their professional journey: school, education, mentoring, coaching and business.

  • Design and execute training, informative and leisure activities for the creation of a network with a feminine vision.
  • Collaboration with other commissions to always maintain the vision and positions of women in the district.

Cycle of Women in Value

  • Focuses on the creation of professional space for women to network and meet. Each year a cycle focusing on professional content, all created by women, is launched. This cycle is organized into four new themes.
  • Afterworks women in value
  • Interview with the woman of the month: Interview with a woman manager of a 22@ partner company.
